Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The grounds were absolutely stunning, and we found the staff to be incredibly attentive. However, the service had moments of disorganization that could improve, and we faced some hurdles with transportation and dining options during our visit. Overall, the beautiful location slightly outweighed the inconveniences, but it may not be worth it during the rainy season.
